*If Tigger has a litterbox, put it outside along with something with your scent on it, like dirty socks.
*Take a flashlight and look anywhere he could hide - under steps, porches, houses, and any outbuildings he could have gotten into. (Someone just found their cat after a week that had been locked up in a barn)
*Look UP trees in case something chased him.
*LOOK NEAR SOURCES OF WATER
*Check any wooded areas where he could have gotten caught up in brush or fencing.
*Try going out late at night and early morning to call and LISTEN for him. If he's scared and hiding, he may not respond immediately to being called.
*Check with neighbors, especially those who have cats.
*Look and post on Nextdoor and other Lost/Found sites. Some people post on one and not others
*POST BRIGHTLY COLORED FLYERS! Not everyone does social media
*Call vets in case he was brought in with an injury or to be scanned for a chip.
*Check P.A.W.S., IN PERSON and often!
*BE WARY OF SCAMMERS! They often say they have your pet and want you to contact them on Messenger. The wording is usually a little off. Also those that 'recommend' searchers on Instagram
Hope you find him soon! Please update your post when you do! 🙏
