https://www.multcopets.org/lost-cat-behavior. If he/she's not use to being out, he/she's probably nearby in a bush. They get spooked so won't come if you call. You need to go out and look in bushes, etc. **Ask neighbors to look at cameras, in garages, window wells, sheds,etc. ****Also, they often come back overnight so if you can leave a door open, or however he/she got out, that would be helpful. Setting up a camera with an alert is also a good idea. Reiterating here.. they come back overnight! Leave the door open and lock up other pets. Sleep by the door if you can.
