Jezabella is a foster dog from Humane Society of Parkersburg,wv Her foster mom had left home and jezabella broke the front door and escape, direction on which way she went is unknown.... She could be in Ritchie, Dodridge or word country trying to make her way back to the shelter or home from where she original came from or foster home... No sightings have been reported. Please help us find Jezabella so she can have a 2nd chance in life
