I found this SUPER sweet girl. She was running on the street on Aldine Westfield / Wood river looking lost and crossing the street multiple times. while it was raining outside she was not avoiding the cars at all, no survival instincts from the cars. And when I opened my door and called her to come she came right up to me and let me pull her in my car. I scanned to see if she is microchipped with my person microchip scanner but she is not. But she's very sweet adorable and not whiny at all lets me help her.
