Saunga is a nervous older girl and the storms as of late really made her lose her wits. We had her locked up in the house but she escaped. We hoped she would come home to get out of the cold, but sadly it seems she isn't coming back on her own. Hoping she was picked up by someone trying to help her. I read on Nextdoor you should put her litter box out and that will attract her back home. Hope so!

Lost cat tips Put out his/her favorite wet food/water, used litter box and an article of your worn clothing. They usually hide during the day. Dusk is the best time to go out and shake dry food and call for him/her. Post flyers and on Nextdoor. Post on Fido Alert, East County Facebook page, pawboost, petfinder, make a report with Animal Control. Go do walkthroughs at shelters.
