Gray tiger stripes with MISSING tail. VERY VERY friendly.

This cat has been hanging around for a couple of weeks. Super super friendly and MISSING ITS TAIL but not a recent injury. I'm hoping since it is so friendly that someone is missing this sweet boy and will easily be identified because of the tail. I have not taken him to be checked for a chip because I am not able to do that.
