Small/stout Tuxedo cat w/white paws and an uneven white patch under the left side of their nose. Very friendly with people

Noticed this small and stout tuxedo wandering around our hse twice now, on 9/6 and 9/8, both times between 8 and 9 AM. Is a mostly black tux with white paws and a little uneven patch of white under the left side of their nose. Is super friendly and pettable when approached, but does not like seeing our cats through the door. A little chonky, looks well loved and fed.
