I lost a dog while having her brought from a remote beach in Costa Rica to USA. She was to spend the night in San Jose and then take a flight where I'd meet her. The night before she was anxious and escaped. I printed 500 18" x 24" posters and placed them at every bus stop on store doors, at the vets, you name it, offered a reward...45 miles from where she was lost she was found by a woman who had taken a bus to the area where my dog escaped, saw a posted, on her way home, 45 miles away, she saw my dog lost and wandering down a highway...there's hope, never give up, call all the vets, place posters everywhere, I also printed 5000 business cards with her photo on the front and handed those out. Good luck...it's like losing a child, I pray you'll be reunited.

Shared. Also put up big neon posters everywhere and check n post on all websites including Craigslist for resale........... Drive around often and speak with everyone including postman. Go to pounds often and DON'T just call. Request a walk through. IMPORTANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
