They all someone pets the problem is they belong to someone one who don't give a demn about their well being to do the right thing like microchip and license at the shelter 😢

Post to NextDoor Please take to Silicon Valley Animal Control Authority (NOT SJ shelter as Campbell is not their jurisdiction) to be scanned for a chip and registered as Found. Owner will be looking there.

Please post on Nexdoor, Ring and Pawboost to reach people not on FB. Report to shelter as found in case owner looks there but they are overcrowded and high , pup will appreciate if you foster till owner is found. You can also take to any vet to scan for chip at no charge. If someone claims the pup make sure they have proof of ownership and observe the pup's behavior with the person. Thank you for caring.
