Patty Bailey it's terrible isn't it? It's the first thing on Google and then they let owners down repeatedly. And the way they word stuff on their website sounds like a mass blast goes out to everyone and when owners are in fight or flight when they read that stuff that's most likely what they're interpreting it to mean. The reality is like 3% of people being reached in the area. Next door and neighbors by ring do what PB claims to do. If we could get more rescue people sending owners there first we could get so many more pets home alive and safe.

Lex Harrison that’s nuts and stupid. Crazy. I was going to post a map too. Of the area. But Google Maps started at Scottsdale Airport! 🤦🏻‍♀️😵‍💫 So it would be just a punt as to where. What the heck are those people thinking at PB? A street and a zip code means nothing to anyone. No one but us is going to look up the zip code and the street, on Google Maps. Right?🤷🏻‍♀️ I also hate the new licensing MCACC has gone too. They want to up charge your for everything! Even a different ring holder cable for the license on the collar. I bought 2 and they broke trying to get them on. Then it took forever and many calls to get a credit. They wanted to send me news ones. I’m like I’m not putting those on my dogs as they will fall off. Just give me the credit! Then up charge for Engraving this or that. Up charge for A glow in the dark ring around the tag that also falls off. 🤣🤯👎🏻👎🏻 Yeah I fell for all that crap. The entire website . I have a new dumped puppy. With one of my past dogs collars on. Old county tag. Leather collar with a name plate from gun dog supplies. Our and dogs Name, address, phone number and the very nice collar like $30.00. As soon as he gets a bit bigger (only 6 months) I’ll get him a new one. With his name. Meanwhile I bought air tags for the husky chics.
