Please help us find my grandmothers dog. She’s worried sick and wants to make sure he is safe

He is a larger German shepherd, has been neutered, is chipped and has an orange collar on and his rabies tag should be attached. This is my grandmothers dog and he doesn’t usually stray too far from the hse. We do live near the turnpike and have drove up and down looking for him. We’re now wondering if someone picked him up.
