Back in Oct. The Oakland SPCA Shelter told me if I couldn't come up with the $165.00 at the end of the month I couldn't have her back. An I'm homeless I didn't have the money. They said there nothing more they can do so their going to adopter her out. An then 10month later I'm on line looking at the shelter for my friend's dog. An boom there Vega was on the SPCA app. An I called they called me back once then I never heard back from them. She's does have a GPS in the back of her neck but I don't know the number
