If chipped make sure owner contact info is current with chip company. File online lost reports with shelters. Check Craigslist lost and found and pets for sale ads. Keep checking shelters online and in person. Post on Nextdoor and post flyers.

Put best # in post ALL post to go right away.Many people get notifications for comments way too late meaning days later wont do any good. Please edit to include correct cross streets. Put on Nextdoor App daily every other son so nobody forgets. Put on Neighborsring App and South Sacramento Lost and found pets Facebook Group. File a lost report with Frontdtreet shelter if your address is considered City of Sacramento. If Sacramento County file a lost report with Bradshaw shelter. Check both websites several times a day many people are holding them because they're full and they will only accept a few each day depends on space that day. Public can bring them in starting at noon except Bradshaws closed on Mondays to the public. You should be out there all night and day looking as much as possible Before & After work or other stuff going on in life.Get Big fluorescent signs up everywhere.. Microchip or not it is every owner's responsibility to get into the shelters every couple days speak with them and show them pictures and walk around the shelters. Deceased will not be on the website doesn't mean they are they could be out roaming for a while scared to go to anybody.Is Sheeba even Microchipped for her sake??
