Description

Three loose dogs have been roaming on Dewit Cove for the last couple of weeks. Two male dogs and one female. They seem to be sweet or not super aggressive, but they will walk up on you. Currently sleeping in people’s front yards. Animal services has been called as I feel really bad for them.

Don Horn I feel so bad for them. I do not have a fence in my backyard so it is scary for me to have them walk up on my yard when I’m letting my dog out. My dog is not aggressive, but I just never know what’s gonna happen with multiple animals around. They eat the cat food that I leave out for the stray sometimes. I try and leave water out for them too. I’ve called animal services twice at this point as she will just keep getting pregnant over and over again 😭😞

I have seen them 4 weeks, now. The white one is a female who weaned a litter recently. She is very skittish and will stay 4 ft from me. The other 2 are males. Brown male is friendly and will let me pet him. Black and white will come to me but does not like to be touched. The 2 males just went into the yard at the black and white rental. Female was not with them.
