Kind of gray in coloring about 6 lb she's a morkie she had a diamond rhinestone collar and a pink collar with a bow and her rabie tag. Just moved into the area. *Update, might have been a sighting at Wilder Park and recreation on March 13th around 6:00 p.m.... Pebbles is also a ESA.
