Pit mix white spots on face and legs

My finance found him in the southern smiles pediatric parking lot off of highway 87 right by the sheets. He is very malnourished and looks to have been abandoned. He is the sweetest puppy but we unfortunately can’t keep him. He does have a tail injury from it slapping things cause he’s excited but we are treating it. NEEDS A !!

Autumn Godfrey Ok. I read on different rescue sites that it’s best to feed small meals a few times per day when a dog is malnourished. Hope he is doing well. Thank you again.
