Hey everyone, this adorable baby was running around in the road just outside of downtown Chattanooga putting herself in danger. She had a wire wrapped around her neck from where she chewed off of her runner I'm sure and was very thirsty. I'm fostering five cats and do not have the facilities to take care of her but she's safe in my bat for the time being. If anybody can her while we locate her owner I would hate to have to take such a sweet girl to the shelter.
