I know this is not ideal, but if you can, leave your door open a little bit and put out your worn clothing and some food. We did this and our cat came home in the middle of the night after missing for 3 days.

If possible leave a door or a window open. Talk to neighbors, check security cameras and put up big, bright posters. Call, especially at night with a flashlight to see eyes.
