First spotted this dog on my porch this morning and came home from work and he was still hanging around. He has on a collar but he runs when you get close. The collar is a neon yellow and looks like it is for an electric fence. Male not fixed.

We were able to get him in a fenced in area, but he still won’t let us near him to check his collar.
