Maria Rios Thank you. The cat showed once. They were trying to catch the cat last june and the cat were injured. They beat the cats with a sticks and they used dogs to go after the cats, possibly bite them.

Thank you. ACCTPhilly animals control Team may have something to do with his disapperance. I contact the ACCTPHILLY and this woman said, It's not them but Who's telling the truth? This is the ACCTPHILLY Vehile and it has no decal on it. He showed up at 10:45 PM on Feb. 20 and didn't leave till 7 AM and he put something in the back with tinted window. It's 2011 white Ford Edge with a. LTD-1435. Black male in his late 30's and he wear Dark Blue Cap. Someone in the neighborhood is responsible for this by calling them. They hated cats. P.S. I'm not the only one who reported cats missing. There are over 69 cats missing and the Police are the blame for this. Thank you for your reply and God bless you.
