Ugh..can you contain so the poor baby can be checked for chip? Post on Nextdoor and Ring Apps. It’s is a very delicate and expensive cat; the sun does them a lot of harm, and they dehydrate very easily. Try offering him/her food and water to earn his/her trust. Hope owners are found soon (Ask for more proof in case someone wants to claim him/her)
