Bicolor, harlequin pattern. Male, not fixed. Weigh 8 pounds. Dark paw pads. Very clean inner ears and no flea dirt, suggest someone’s pet.

It's often because the owners dont want to pay to fix them, and want them to use outside for their litter box!! There are eagles, and coyotes in North St. Paul, Maplewood, St. Paul, Oakdale and surrounding areas!!

Is he still outside at location or is anyone bringing him to get scanned for a microchip? Did you bring him to St Paul Animal Control? Thank you for posting. Wish more people helped with TNR so there weren't so many cats running around outside. RIP 🌈 😢 😭 😿
