o, i believe her name is bella. she was roaming in encanto for 3 months almost. i posted her on pawboost and her owner appeared but “bella” wouldn’t get near the owner and she left her there. my neighbor called humane society about 4 times hoping they could pick her up. never came. All of my neighbors including myself would feed her and give her water and now she’s left to your location.
