Simba's Owner/Finder Says
Today is mine Happy End story. We found our cat Simba. I advertised lost post on Instagram and Facebook from Paw Boost for one week in my Aventura area and yesterday I received a call.. That looong awaited call. The girl said that my cat came to their backyard couple times and she recognized him from my ad. It was at the next community. I can’t imagine he was too close to us all this 3 months. We have wide road, swamp and the lake between us, perhaps another cat kicked him out of our community, and he had to hide in a neighboring one, but he could not find his way back. This is just an assumption, but we have seen more than once how a neighbor's cat offended ours right outside our house. So maybe this time Simba had to run very far. So me and my husband came there right away tried to catch him but it was unsuccessful. Then I borrow a trapping cage from our community worker ( he catches iguanas in that cage) and we installed that cage at our founder’s yard. Also I brought a small carpet with our home smells and put it next to the cage. I prepared the cage with food and went home. In the morning they called me at 6:50 a.m. that my cat was caught. I run to them and it was my Simba!!! That was the happiest moment! So we went to the vet and checked him. He is pretty good as for 3 months lost cat. Several scratches, tiredness, skinny but he is good. They did couple tests just in case he has no infection, worms, gave flea medication.. So now he is ate and sleeping so sweet. Thank you all to those amazing people who helped me to find him. To those who commented, supported, wrote important tips how to find him, shared the posts. All people who we met on our way to Simba were amazing and with a big heart ❤️ Dear friends who looking for their pets please never give up! Try everything you can, use all tips and recommendations and you will be lucky. No matter what and no matter how long you are looking for a day, a month, a year, look and do not give up. But first start looking from your area. I wish everyone to find their loved ones!
