Hi Gloria Parga, he is neutered and that behavior sounds like it could be him. Is it licking or more of a ling? I can't say that he has any grey in his ears.

We found one at Isla Cubana Restaurant in La Palma. He likes to lick my arm. He jumped on my lap while I was sitting using the bathroom. Vocal.
