I’m not sure if the dog I saw this morning was Lucy, but looked similar. I was on 321S near Breezy Hollow Pl and the dog I saw was in the southbound side. I pulled over and sat for a minute to see if it would come to me, but it went up the hill that it was walking along (away from 321)
