The puppy was given away to a family in Florida, two states away from where she was picked up!
DESCRIPTION
Black lab mix puppy with white on her chest. A woman was driving from Memphis, Tennessee to Florida and picked up the puppy who had wondered near the highway In Holly Springs, MS and took her to Florida with her. When she reached Florida, she gave the puppy away, despite people trying to reach her about the puppy possibly being theirs. The owners know the puppy was given away in Florida and they’ll probably never get her back. Finley belongs to Madison Shaw and Margaret Carlisle. If anyone knows of a puppy being given to a couple with one dog, two cats, and three kids over 8, please call. I have additional screenshots of the posts to show the finder posted the puppy in a lost dogs Facebook group Lost and Found pets of North Mississippi, then never responded to those reaching out to her about the puppy. She basically made the decision the owners didn’t deserve the puppy.
