Please help find this dog’s owners, he was dragging his leash and was matted and thirsty. I have cut his matts out and gave him a bath, food, and water. I have called animal control and they will get him in the next 48 hours.

I hope his owner is okay! He/she might be injured or ill and let go of the leash. Maybe someone could check and look around the area where the dog was picked up???
