Police won’t do anything in this state. Dogs are considered property. You have to go through animal control.

I just reposted the notice that they said the dog had been returned. It’s the same dog check it out when it comes through. File a police report.

You need to file a police report immediately! Show them where it was posted they had taken her to a shelter.
