Crabapple Cats & Kittens yep all of that is done. No one identified her as a flight risk before. It is clear to me now that she was a street dog and has never lived in a home. She does not want to run away, she wants to be here. So I am taking it slow with all the measures, martingale AND harness double ended locking swivel carribeaner leash in case she gets spooked, leashed in the yard until she gets acclimated and until i can heighten my front facing portion of the fence somehow without breaking the 4’ code rule for that section, looking into gps tracker, etc etc etc. she is already chipped registered etc etc. Thanks again
