Anne Drillio people need to be reporting to SPCA and animal control/police. It's illegal to let dogs free roam, so if there's any proof she lets it free roam on propose, they can and will take the dog from the negligent pos "owner" if they keep getting reports

Carol Hartnett well that's not responsible for her as an owner. It's not on a leash, roaming around and if it bit someone that's not going to be good for the owner or the poor animal.
