Anne Drillio well, it needs to be repeatedly called in to 311. The photos and videos of this dog roaming on its own need to be provided as proof if anybody is able to secure this dog safely have 311 animal control come pick it up and then they will take it to animal redemption centre where at least it will be safe and out of harms way and owners will be forced to take accountability

Just cause the dog is big he isn't no match for 2 coyotes cause they are hungry that's why people are missing there cats they let them out
