Just saw this dog on Parkhill road heading towards Purcell’s Cove rd. He was very scared and growled/barked when I tried to approach him, therefore I couldn’t get close enough to see if he had a tag/phone number… please share!

This dog is not lost and lives in the house next to the Sikh Society on Parkhill Rd. The owner constantly allows the dog to run the neighborhood freely and she has been reported several times.
