This is my little friend Toby. He’s about four years old. He’s about 9 pounds and he gets nervous and cries a lot in the car. Please contact the SPCA. He has his license tag on him. It’s green and a small blue collar and he’s very friendly. Thank you in advance for returning him to me.

To the owner, your dog has been found. I was at the vet when a guy brought him in. The microchip is not updated with your info so they couldn’t get In touch with you and his collar only had the rabies tag. Check your email I sent you for further info.
