Massiah Lopez What does cats being tortured sound like exactly and how does one determine that is indeed what it is? I live in a community in Alta Loma. I know for a fact a couple of the local cats were killed by coyotes. No one is wishing this on your cats but it can and does happen. Period.

We had a cat that once found himself at the pound and he was collarless and even though we called it was not until we went there that we found him. Additionally, without collars, they could have been taken in by people who assumed they were strays. The next question is: "Are they chipped"?
