Beware if Instagram sites, they charge a fee and are not local. Try putting the cage outside and leaving the four open. Play loud cockatiel sounds to lure your bird back! Put out favorite treats. Put up flyers and post on Nextdoor asap . Leave a window of back door open if you think he might fly back inside.
