2 younger dogs. Appear to be brother and sister golden retriever mix

They are the sweetest pups. I've been sharing them all over in hopes of getting them safely or to a foster to prevent taking them to the shelter. I'm pretty sure there was a litter of 4 of them dumped behind the emergency vet and these 2 separated. I hope that's not the case, but I had tried to rescue the other 2 a few days prior which appeared VERY similar in appearance and age, but had a few different markings to know they were a different pair.
