The young man who put her at the tree IS NOT the owner , he put the dog there in the shade with water because it had been leashed in direct sun at the propane tank cage and was hot . The dog could possibly live nearby because it kept looking toward the easterly direction whimpering and crying, it misses home and it's family. It kept going inside Walgreens so it's use to being inside . Very healthy, clear eyes , clean teeth , not dirty or smelly and though full grown you can tell it is young maybe a couple of years old.
