I’m so sick and tired of people not taking care of there dog. Just dropping them off somewhere because they can’t be bothered anymore. Or, I have to move and can’t take them with me. Then find a great person to take the dog. It’s your responsibility. You had to get a pet!! And people think they are disposable. Sorry everyone. I’m just sick of dog with matted hair and thin. Where the are the neighbors. Little dogs belong in the house. Wake up people
