She’s the sweetest , i couldn’t take her, she followed me a little bit but seems like she didn’t want to leave where she was. i brought back some food and she was really hungry so im assuming she may have been dumped . if no one claims i will be getting her and keeping her in my shed as i have 2 other cats and a dog

Please take inside if possible and keep her in a separate room. It is cold and so many dangers for her to be outside. There is a lot of information online about how to introduce a new cat to other pets. It takes time, but it can be done successfully. If that is not possible, there is a lot of information online about how to build an easy inexpensive outdoor shelter from a styrofoam cooler. Fill it with straw. Do not use towels, blankets, newspapers, hay, etc. They will get wet and the cat will freeze. Straw Will stay dry and keep her warm and dry.

Post on Nextdoor for your location. Ask all of your neighbors if this is their cat. Take to a vet, shelter or police station to scan for a microchip. Vets will do this for free. Contact local vets, shelters (PSPCA, ACCT, etc) and local police to see if a matching pet was reported as lost. File a found cat report with ACCT.Please do not just hand him over to anyone claiming to be the owner or that they will give him a good home. People will take animals and then sell them to dog fighting rings to be used as training bait, sell to labs to be used in experiments, or they abuse, torture them and them. Ask for ID and verify. Ask for vet or adoption records and verify. Ask to see pictures of the pet.
