Hey everyone! This sweet black and white tuxedo cat with no tail has been hanging out in the parking lot of Arby's and El Paso Mexican Grill on Mobile Highway for months. I brought him and took him to the vet — no microchip, but he is neutered, so he definitely has a family somewhere! He is super affectionate and loves to be held.
