Krista Schimelpfenig I did contact the management team and they told me the guy that runs that building is in vacation. They keep running me in circles and aren’t helping at all

Adriannah Sanchez can you contact the property management company of the building? Let them know that one of the tenants has your dog. The building may not allow pets so maybe they could enter his apartment to check if there are pets inside.

Have you contacted the police? If someone else claimed her and she is not theirs. You may be able to file a police report. They may be able to help track down the people who claimed the dog was theirs.
