File a found dog report with Virginia Beach Animal Control and Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. Virginia Beach Animal Control can scan for a microchip and post on stray hold for owner to reclaim at Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center with proof of ownership
