Why didn’t you pick her up on one of your floor mats from the car and bring it to a damn bet you idiot you’re a worse than a person that hit her. It’s your responsibility as a human being. And we’re up to me the laws we pass for those that hit and run would BN prison for life without the possibility of parole. I picked up an several animals off the street and some have to be put to sleep because of the injuries and some they were able to contact the owner from chips. Do the right thing stop pick up the dog drop him out of bed give him your name and number and credit card. None of us are rich, but you can’t let an animal suffer. I would think you’re more you may just to put a bullet in his head right there and the dog is finished and not suffering.
