Probably the other run away. Many can be answered your questions. Now is not the person fault. This is the owner fault because they don’t keep their animals safe. Don’t trying to blame someone else for owner irresponsible

Vickskie Constantino o, I was the one who helped the dog. Unfortunately, when I found them, the dark brown one was already dead on the road. I couldn't do anything for the other one, as it was right in the middle of the road—and just like the dog, I was at risk myself.

I just wondered why that person picked up only one and not the other if the two are together roaming? Should be alive if they were picked up together😢 poor dog

So sad. I hope the person who found the other dog finds a rescue for it. It doesn’t sound like the owner is looking here since no one has stepped up to reunite with the one that’s still alive.
