Orange tabby male cat

He looks kind of thin and he seems to be an indoor cat, however he looks dehydrated. He wasn’t very scared of us. I was able to place water and food and he was eating it. He is hanging around with a black and orange cat that I had also reported in a different post.

Please make sure that anyone trying to claim him shows you solid proof of ownership 🙏 Pictures are best. Dog fighters are using fake accounts to claim found and free pets to use for bait.
