There's a dog at ACCT that resembles your dog. A female - ACCT-A-149478. The ad says 3 years but the dog looks a lot older.

Sean Cutler Still try and contact the rescue that has the Lower Merion dog. If Munchkin was stolen, they could've put a collar on her before losing or dumping her.
