Found! Older black and white tuxedo cat. Unable to tell gender but if male, he’s definitely neutered. Super sweet kitty that loves attention and belly rubs! Unfortunately they can’t come inside because of my other cats but they have a warm box and I have been feeding them. I gave them dewormer/flea medicine but hope to find their owner or a new family!
