Orangish colored bunny with a small welt on its side

I found this bunny grazzing infront of the tacobell. Its very obviously a pet bunny and not a rabbit due to the size/look. I was able to get very close but it is hiding under the water access point near the sidewalk. Im worried about it going into the road but I am unable to reach the bunny.

I called the Taco Bell hoping one of the employers would check on the bunny. Spoke to an employee that seemed to care and want to check on the situation. Praying the bunny is rescued
