Looks well fed but is definitely in need of a bath and vet care. Has a skin condition I assume / maybe fleas as he was very itchy. Very sweet, not aggressive towards humans or other dogs. Food-motivated. He is currently at East Valley shelter where they will keep him for 4 days until listing him for adoption.
